Terms of service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms cover access to MCP Ops and its hosted Model Context Protocol infrastructure. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and API keys, and activity by users you invite to your workspace. You must have the right to submit any source code, API specification, content, or credentials you connect to the service.
Hosted MCPs and acceptable use
You control which tools your MCP exposes and who can call them. Do not use the service to access systems without authorization, distribute malware, exfiltrate data, evade limits, infringe rights, or run workloads that threaten other customers or the platform. We may pause an endpoint when reasonably needed to protect security, availability, or legal compliance. You remain responsible for the behavior and upstream terms of your MCP and its dependencies.
Plans and third-party services
Applicable plan limits and prices appear on the pricing and checkout pages. Usage above a plan limit may be rejected until the limit resets or the plan changes. Paid checkout, source repositories, model providers, and upstream APIs may have separate terms and charges. MCP Ops does not automatically submit your server to external directories or promise that a directory will approve it.
Your content and service changes
You keep ownership of your content and grant us only the permissions needed to build, host, secure, and support the MCPs you request. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. You may stop using the service and remove deployments from the console; retention obligations are described in the privacy policy.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted operation and compatibility with every MCP client or external directory cannot be guaranteed. Do not make MCP Ops your sole backup of source code, credentials, or business data. Any separate written service agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these general terms.
